Dear Chris,
My apologies - I have been remiss in taking so long to send you this email! As you know from the phone, I want to put in writing how pleased I have been with the service we have received. In particular, we are very happy with Abby: she is prompt, efficient and friendly. It is indeed a pleasure to write to you, expressing our thanks.
When we first decided to build a house with Braebury, we heard from many nay-sayers who couldn't resist commenting on how "big builders" could be frustrating to deal with. In fact, we seriously considered this possibility when we cautiously moved forward, hoping for the best. 
Our experience thus far, however, has been entirely positive. This is largely due to Abby's conscientious determination to help us. What a wonderful surprise! To find a real person, ready to do whatever she could to help us! We came to Abby with a very different and potentially difficult situation; as non-residents we would only be in the country for a short period, thus making warranty checks and repairs challenging. Abby met that challenge and then some! Instead of putting up road blocks and making excuses, Abby did everything in her power to make it work for us. We are very grateful to her for this. She made us feel as if we truly mattered. I believe companies should know when they have an employee who exemplifies the image they hope to portray to the public. It is with this in mind that I hope you will pass along this email: Abby deserves more than a pat on the back.
Thanks, Abby and thank you Braebury. We will certainly chime in when another nay-sayer warns about building with a big builder like Braebury. Indeed, we have found the service to be personal, prompt and reassuring.

Great House, Great Service, Great Experience

Buying the Newport Model of Braebury Homes has been a pleasurable experience.  In spite of the fact that there were no model homes, we chose to buy from Braebury because of outstanding courteous no-pressure sales experience from Jennifer and outstanding workmanship that was quite prevalent in the model/ sales office.
So far, all of our expectations have been met or exceeded.  The house is just plain gorgeous and is exactly what we dreamed it to be.  The after sales experience by Jonathan and Nadia has been outstanding.  Jon is extremely courteous and tries to go out of his way to ensure that our concerns (no matter how small or big they are) are addressed properly and in timely fashion.
In short, we would gladly recommend anyone to seriously consider or buy the Braebury homes in Morgan's Grant.  From the first engagement with Jennifer to the after sales service by Jonathan, it has been a great pleasurable experience.

Our decision to purchase a Braebury Home in Greenwood Park was based on extensive research and consultation.  We decided on the area and the builder after talking with several people and assessing the re-sale market in Kingston.  
We are extremely pleased with our decision.  The layout, design, and  pricing exceed anything we saw in previously owned homes.  Tiffany Langille has been very helpful in guiding us through the process.  Our meeting with Doug Curran was productive, informative and professional.
Their exemplary dedication to detail has made an otherwise stressful experience, relatively smooth.  
We are looking forward to our move and hope our association with the community and Braebury grows with time.

Dear Mr. Splinter,
On the 1st of August my wife and I took possession of a Braebury built home in the Spring Ridge sub-division in Orleans.  As this is our retirement residence we were particularly careful in choosing the design and location, and extremely cautious in choosing the builder.  As of yesterday the last of the minor deficiencies identified on the Tarion 30 day inspection report were completed and I can state without reservation that we could not have chosen a better company than Braebury Homes to build our retirement home.
Stephanie Harper, the on-site sales representative, is a most professional and personable individual and you could not have chosen a better person as the first point of contact for your company.  Her patience and guidance as we went through the process of selecting the various options we wanted incorporated into our home served to alleviate much of the stress associated with the process.  And in conversations with other Braebury clients in our neighborhood it would appear that the treatment we received from Stephanie is consistent with the way she treats all Braebury customers.
While a pleasant and accommodating sales staff is an extremely important element the fact remains that one is buying a house, which will become a home, and if one is less than completely satisfied with the finished product the glow of the buying experience can quickly fade to black.  As would be expected with any newly constructed home there were a number of minor deficiencies, mostly cosmetic, noted when my wife performed the pre-delivery inspection, which I unfortunately was unable to attend, with your site foreman Richard Kempenaar, and these were duly noted by Rick and accompanied by a promise that he would attend to correcting these at his earliest convenience.  I admit taht I feared my absence from the pre-delivery process would result in certain deficiencies not being identified ( I have built several homes myself and am well versed in what is an acceptable level of craftsmanship and what is not) and I was surprised to learn from my wife that it was actually Rick himself who pointed out the majority of deficiencies identified.  She stated that she got the distinct impression that he wanted our home to be as close to perfect for us as humanly possible.  As I stated at the outset the last of the deficiencies were corrected yesterday and if I were to use a single word to describe the service we received from Rick it would be "OUTSTANDING".  If something is not right he will make it right.  Rick is not building houses, he is helping Braebury customers turn houses into homes and you are truly fortunate to have him on your team.

Would I recommend Braebury Homes to a friend? In a heartbeat.

This past spring we closed a deal to have your company build us a custom designed home in the Spring Ridge development of East Ottawa (Lot 346). This customization required numerous meetings with your sales person to complete the plans. We dealt exclusively throughout the process with Stephanie Harper.

We would like to express our appreciation to Stephanie for the patience, guidance and hard work she extended us during the planning and follow-up process. Although she has a great deal of experience with your company, she had been only recently appointed to the Spring Ridge office. She quickly became knowledgeable about the development and effectively provided advice regarding design possibilities. Despite the increased activity in the sales office during the spring season, Stephanie was able to balance our needs and those of walk-in customers by graciously excusing herself while we considered various options. Her depth of knowledge and sense of humour were greatly appreciated during the often emotional experience of new home design.  Once again, please extend our heartfelt thanks to Stephanie for all her help during the planning phase of our building project.

Dear Mr. Peter Splinter,
My Husband and I are a military family so it is a common occurrence to move every few years. When we were transferred to Kingston, we decided to buy a model home that Braebury had for sale. It was a beautiful home and Braebury seemed to concentrate on larger bedrooms and bathrooms, rounded drywall corners and spacious rooms with sensible windows. But more than that, it was the first person that we came into contact with that influenced our decision. Pat Reddy was easy to talk with, very approachable and answered any and all questions we had.

Returning to Ottawa later was quite different in that the housing prices had jumped so high. After careful consideration of a lot of homes, we noticed that Braebury was building in our desired area of Riverside South. Again, it was the excellent customer service that we received from Natalie O'Neill that helped make our decision to Purchase a Braebury Home again. Natalie was always there to answer any questions or concerns we had and made our buying experience most pleasant.

The construction stayed on schedule and our changes and additions to the design implemented without fuss and to our satisfaction. Any deficiencies or problems were promptly corrected. The after-sales support has also been excellent.  Thank you for providing us with our new home. Our experience with the Braebury organization has been extremely positive, and we are confident our decision to buy a Braebury home was the right one.
